INDUSTRY INSIGHTS

A conveyancer’s view on proposed reforms to the home buying and selling process.

Upfront property information is being championed by many in the home buying and selling space. The more information about a property which is accessible to potential buyers, the better, more informed choices they can make, leading to fewer fall-throughs. National Trading Standards Material Information initiative is live, but there is much more data which could be made available.

In this lively session our panellists will delve into the benefits and use cases for Upfront Information as well as its drawbacks and the barriers standing in its way.
