I am a National Trading Standard Estate and Letting Agency Team Investigator, with a focus on policy, and a Chartered Trading Standards Institute Lead Officer for Property and Lettings. My previous experience is within the lettings industry where I worked as a Letting Manager for large independent agency in central Brighton for five years. I have a passion for the property industry and want to help improve the consumer journey.
