Jess works as Historic England’s Listing Casework Analysis Manager, responsible for ensuring national consistency in the organisation’s recommendations on Listed building and Scheduled monument designations. Jess has over 12 years’ experience working at Historic England, mainly on Listed buildings, and works on a national level overseeing advice, guidance and desk instructions. She also works closely with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to ensure timely decisions, and to support the management of the National Heritage List for England.
